• What is the Master Catalogue?
  The Master Catalogue is Bulkit's central catalogue of vape and oral pouch brands and products. It provides one place to discover brands, explore products, access product information, and find sourcing opportunities across the UK market.
• Is Bulkit a marketplace?
  Bulkit is more than a traditional marketplace. The platform combines the Master Catalogue with brand profiles, product discovery, Stock Enquiry, and online selling for participating brands and brand-authorised sellers that choose to activate selling.
• Who is Bulkit designed for?
  Bulkit is built around three core audiences: Brands, Retailers, and Bulk Buyers. Brands can build visibility and showcase their products, while Retailers and Bulk Buyers can discover products and explore sourcing opportunities through the platform.

MASTER CATALOGUE & PRODUCT DISCOVERY

• How do I discover brands and products on Bulkit?
  You can browse the Master Catalogue by brand, product, and category to discover vape and oral pouch products from participating brands and brand-authorised sellers.
• Can I discover new and emerging brands?
  Yes. Bulkit is designed to make both established and emerging brands easier to discover, giving Retailers and Bulk Buyers access to a growing range of products in one place.
• Can I view product information without an account?
  Yes. You can explore the Master Catalogue and discover products without an account. However, some information and platform features, including pricing, are available only to registered and verified users.
• Why can't I see product prices?
  Product pricing is only visible to registered and verified users where applicable. This helps protect participating brands' pricing while ensuring access is provided to verified users on the platform.
• How often is the Master Catalogue updated?
  The catalogue is continuously updated as participating brands add products, update their ranges, and provide new product information.
• What is the Clearance section?
  The Clearance section highlights selected clearance products and stock opportunities. Where applicable, relevant expiry information is displayed to help buyers make informed purchasing decisions.

VERIFICATION & TRUST

• Why does Bulkit verify users and sellers?
  Verification helps us maintain a trusted platform for the industry. Users and sellers are reviewed to help create a more reliable environment for Brands, Retailers and Bulk Buyers using Bulkit.
• Are Retailers and Bulk Buyers verified?
  Yes. Retailers and Bulk Buyers are verified as part of the registration process before accessing features such as product pricing and other platform services available to verified users.
• Are brands on the Master Catalogue verified?
  Brands are reviewed as part of the Master Catalogue onboarding process to help maintain the quality and relevance of the catalogue. Being listed in the Master Catalogue does not automatically mean that a brand sells through Bulkit.
• Are Sellers verified?
  Yes. Every brand or brand-authorised seller that activates selling on Bulkit is verified as part of the seller onboarding process and must meet our requirements for selling through the platform.
• Are products sold through Bulkit compliant?
  Yes. Brands and brand-authorised sellers that activate selling through Bulkit must meet our applicable UK compliance requirements. Seller Brands are verified and must meet the requirements for selling through Bulkit before selling is activated.
• What does Verified Seller mean?
  A Verified Seller is a participating brand or brand-authorised seller that has completed Bulkit's seller onboarding and verification process and has been approved to sell products through the platform.
• What are the benefits of being a verified Retailer or Bulk Buyer?
  Verified Retailers and Bulk Buyers can access product pricing and other platform features available to their account type, including purchasing and Stock Enquiry opportunities where applicable.

BRANDS & SELLING

• How can my brand join Bulkit?
  Brands can start by completing the Bulkit onboarding form. During onboarding, you can choose whether you want to join the Master Catalogue or become a Seller on Bulkit.
• What is the difference between joining the Master Catalogue and becoming a Seller?
  Joining the Master Catalogue gives your brand a presence on Bulkit, allowing you to showcase your products and benefit from product discovery and Stock Enquiry where available. Becoming a Seller includes the Master Catalogue benefits and additionally allows you to sell products through Bulkit, subject to seller verification and compliance requirements.
• Can brands join the Master Catalogue without selling on Bulkit?
  Yes. Brands can join the Master Catalogue without becoming Sellers on Bulkit. They can use the platform to showcase their brand and products and, where enabled, receive Stock Enquiries from interested Retailers.
• Can every brand on the Master Catalogue sell through Bulkit?
  No. Being listed in the Master Catalogue does not automatically make a brand a Seller. Brands can choose to join the Master Catalogue only, while brands and brand-authorised sellers that activate selling must complete the required seller verification and compliance process.
• Can brands receive Stock Enquiries without selling on Bulkit?
  Yes. Non-selling brands listed in the Master Catalogue can have a Stock Enquiry option where enabled. Retailers can submit an enquiry through Bulkit, and our team facilitates the next steps with the relevant brand.
• Can brands sell products directly through Bulkit?
  Yes. Brands and brand-authorised sellers that meet our requirements and activate online selling can make their products available for purchase through the platform. All selling accounts are verified and must meet our applicable UK compliance requirements.
• Can I become a Seller after joining the Master Catalogue?
  Yes. A brand can start by joining the Master Catalogue and choose to activate selling at a later stage, subject to completing the required seller verification and compliance process.
• Do brands need to be based in the UK?
  No. International brands can apply to join Bulkit. The onboarding process helps us understand your UK market presence, compliance status, and goals so we can guide you through the appropriate journey.
• What information do I need to provide when joining Bulkit?
  The initial onboarding form asks whether you want to join the Master Catalogue or become a Seller, whether you currently sell in the UK, whether your products are compliant for the UK market, and where your company is based. Additional information may be requested during onboarding.
• Can brands showcase their full product portfolio?
  Yes. Participating brands can showcase their available product range through their Bulkit brand profile, helping Retailers and Bulk Buyers discover their products more easily.
• Can Bulkit help grow my brand?
  Yes. In addition to the Master Catalogue, Bulkit offers brand growth solutions designed to support areas such as compliance, logistics, digital marketing, field sales, and additional brand visibility.

RETAILERS & BULK BUYERS

• Can Retailers use Bulkit to discover new brands?
  Yes. Retailers can use the Master Catalogue to discover brands, products, and potential sourcing opportunities across the UK vape and oral pouch industry.
• Can Bulk Buyers use Bulkit to discover products?
  Yes. Bulk Buyers can use the Master Catalogue to discover brands and products and explore bulk purchasing and sourcing opportunities across the platform.
• Can I buy every product listed on Bulkit?
  Not necessarily. Some products are available for direct purchase from participating brands or brand-authorised sellers that have activated online selling. Other brands are listed in the Master Catalogue for discovery and may offer Stock Enquiry without selling through the platform.
• How does Stock Enquiry work?
  Stock Enquiry is available for selected non-selling brands listed in the Master Catalogue. Retailers can submit an enquiry through Bulkit, which is received by our team. We review the enquiry and facilitate the next steps with the relevant brand where appropriate.
• Why do some brands have a Stock Enquiry button while others don't?
  The available action depends on how the brand participates on Bulkit. Non-selling brands may have a Stock Enquiry option, while brands with online selling activated provide purchase options instead.
• Can I submit an enquiry to a brand that is already selling on Bulkit?
  No. Where a brand has activated online selling, products can be purchased directly through the platform, so a separate Stock Enquiry option is not provided.
• Does Bulkit connect Retailers and Bulk Buyers with brands?
  Yes. Depending on how a brand participates on Bulkit, Retailers and Bulk Buyers can either purchase available products directly or submit a Stock Enquiry or trade enquiry where the relevant option is available.
• Can I source products from multiple brands?
  Yes. The Master Catalogue brings together products from multiple participating brands and brand-authorised sellers, making it easier to discover and explore different sourcing opportunities in one place.
• Can Bulk Buyers access bulk pricing?
  Yes. Bulk pricing is available where participating brands or brand-authorised sellers choose to offer it. Pricing may be visible to verified users where applicable.

ACCOUNTS & ACCESS

• Do I need an account to use Bulkit?
  You can browse and explore the Master Catalogue without an account. However, you must register and complete verification to access product pricing and other features available to verified users.
• Who can create an account?
  Bulkit supports accounts for Brands, Retailers and Bulk Buyers.
• How do I create an account?
  Select Sign Up and complete the registration process. Depending on your account type, additional information may be required so that we can verify your account.
• How long does account verification take?
  Verification times can vary depending on the account type and information provided. Our team reviews applications and completes verification as efficiently as possible.
• Is creating an account free?
  Creating an account and exploring the Master Catalogue is free. Additional services, selling features, and brand growth solutions may be available depending on your account and participation type.
