bulkit.uk is an online marketplace for age-restricted nicotine products including vapes, e-liquids and nicotine pouches supplied by independent sellers. This disclaimer applies to all content on bulkit.uk, including product listings, descriptions and images. Any other information we publish is limited to factual, safety and regulatory information and carries no promotional or health claim.

2. Nothing on this site is medical advice

The information on bulkit.uk is general information about the products listed. It is not medical, clinical or pharmaceutical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a GP, pharmacist, nurse or other qualified healthcare professional.

If you have any health condition, are taking any medication, or are unsure whether a nicotine product is suitable for you, speak to a healthcare professional before using it.

3. We make no health, medicinal or therapeutic claims
The products listed on bulkit.uk are consumer nicotine products, not licensed medicines, and are not supplied under a marketing authorisation from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
No product is supplied as a stop-smoking aid, a nicotine replacement therapy, or for any therapeutic purpose.
We make no claim that any product is safe, healthy, beneficial, or that it treats, prevents or helps with any condition including nicotine or tobacco dependence. We do not make comparative health claims about these products.
Any statement by a customer, a member of our staff or a third party about a product's effects is that person's own opinion. It is not endorsed by us and should not be relied on.

If you want to stop smoking or using nicotine, free NHS Stop Smoking Services are available, and your GP or pharmacist can advise on licensed treatments. Visit nhs.uk or speak to your pharmacist.

4. Product listings are the seller's content

Under our supplier agreement, sellers are responsible for making sure that information is accurate, complete, not misleading, and compliant with UK law.

Nicotine e-cigarettes and e-liquids must be notified to the MHRA and appear on its published list of notified products before they can lawfully be sold in Great Britain (Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016). Sellers are required to list only compliant, notified products.

We do not endorse or recommend any product listed on bulkit.uk. Always read the manufacturer's packaging, warnings and any enclosed leaflet before use those take precedence over anything shown on the site.

If you see a listing that is inaccurate, out of date, appears not to be notified, or reads as a health claim, tell us at support@bulkit.uk and we will act on it, including removing the listing.

5. Nicotine warning
Nicotine is highly addictive.
Nicotine is toxic if swallowed or absorbed through the skin, and is particularly dangerous to children and animals.
These products are intended only for adults who already use nicotine. They are not for anyone who does not currently smoke or use nicotine products.
Keep all nicotine products out of the sight and reach of children and pets. Store as directed on the packaging, away from heat and direct sunlight.
6. Who should not use these products

Do not use nicotine products if you are under 18, or if you do not already smoke or use nicotine.

If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, nicotine can harm your baby. Do not start using these products. If you smoke and want to stop, speak to your midwife, GP or pharmacist, or contact your local NHS Stop Smoking Service, which can offer licensed treatment and support.

Speak to your GP or pharmacist before use if you:

have any heart or circulatory condition, high blood pressure, an irregular heartbeat, or have had a heart attack, stroke, unstable or worsening angina or heart surgery particularly if recently;
have epilepsy or any seizure disorder;
have diabetes;
have an overactive thyroid, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, or a phaeochromocytoma (a tumour of the adrenal gland);
have kidney or liver disease;
have a stomach or duodenal ulcer, inflammation of the oesophagus, or for pouches any mouth, gum or throat inflammation or disease;
have asthma or another long-term breathing condition;
already use a licensed nicotine replacement product or a prescribed stop-smoking medicine;
take any prescribed medication, as nicotine and stopping smoking can both change how some medicines work.

Allergens and ingredients. Ingredients vary between products and sellers. E-liquids commonly contain propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine, nicotine and flavourings; nicotine pouches commonly contain plant fibres, nicotine, flavourings and sweeteners. Always read the ingredient list on the product packaging and in the listing, and do not use a product if you have, or suspect you have, an allergy to any ingredient. If a listing does not show the ingredient information you need, contact us before ordering.

If you are in any doubt, do not use the product.

7. In an emergency

If someone particularly a child swallows a nicotine product or e-liquid, or gets a large amount on their skin or in their eyes:

Call 999 or go to A&E immediately. Do this even if the person seems well: the symptoms of nicotine poisoning can take hours to appear. Do not drive yourself or the patient ask someone else to drive, or call 999 for an ambulance.
Do not try to make the person sick, and do not give them anything to eat or drink.
If the person is unresponsive and not breathing, start CPR. If they are unconscious but breathing, put them in the recovery position.
Skin: remove contaminated clothing and wash the area with plenty of soap and water. Eyes: rinse with cool running water for at least 10 to 15 minutes, holding the eyelid open, then seek medical help.
Take the product and its packaging with you to show the medical team.
If you are not sure whether a substance is harmful, call NHS 111.
If a pet is affected, contact your vet immediately. You can also call Animal PoisonLine on 01202 509000 (a charge applies).
8. Reporting side effects and safety concerns
Vapes and e-liquids: report suspected side effects, defects or safety concerns to the MHRA's Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk. Anyone can report you do not need to be a healthcare professional.
Nicotine pouches and hardware: these are outside the Yellow Card scheme and are regulated as consumer products. Report a safety concern to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at gov.uk, and please tell us as well.
Any product bought on bulkit.uk: email support@bulkit.uk with your order number and photographs. We will inform the seller, remove the listing where necessary, and where we have reason to believe a product supplied through the platform is dangerous notify the Office for Product Safety and Standards and the relevant Trading Standards authority, as we are required to do.
If a product is faulty or unsafe, our Return & Refund Policy also applies.
9. Age restriction and verification

bulkit.uk is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We verify age and identity at registration, and every order is dispatched on an age-verified delivery service requiring an adult signature.

Never buy a nicotine product for anyone under 18. It is already a criminal offence to sell a nicotine vape or e-liquid to a person under 18, or to buy one on their behalf (Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015). From 29 October 2026 the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 extends the same age-of-sale and proxy-purchase offences to nicotine pouches, other consumer nicotine products and nicotine-free vapes.

10. Business buyers

If you buy through a Business account for resale, you remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance including age of sale, storage, labelling, display, advertising and any licensing requirement that applies to your business. Nothing on bulkit.uk is regulatory or legal advice to your business.

11. Your responsibility, and our liability

You are responsible for using these products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from the misuse of a product, or from a failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where we are asked to identify the producer or importer of a product bought on bulkit.uk, we will do so promptly, as required by the Consumer Protection Act 1987. Our Website Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between us.

12. Accuracy and updates

Health and regulatory information changes quickly. We review this page periodically, but some content may become out of date. If you find anything on bulkit.uk that misrepresents a product or appears to be wrong, please tell us at support@bulkit.uk.

13. Acknowledgement

By registering an account or placing an order on bulkit.uk you confirm that you are 18 or over. Please read this disclaimer, and the manufacturer's packaging and warnings, before using any product. Nothing in this paragraph is intended to limit our liability or to affect your legal rights.
